Storm Boswick (Sean Morgan Storm Boswick) is a seasoned managing director, strategic advisor, and portfolio manager with over three decades of global experience in asset management, venture capital, and governance. A proven expert across public and private equity and debt markets, Storm has consistently demonstrated leadership in identifying transformative investment opportunities at the nexus of technology, industry, and impact.

Throughout his career, Storm has held numerous board and executive positions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Helicity Space, a next-generation space propulsion company, and he is also a dedicated member of the Board of Directors at UCLA Space Institute, where he contributes to both the Technical Committee and the Finance Committee, supporting space research and commercialization as a key component of the next trillion-dollar industry. Storm’s forward-looking vision is further reflected through his Directorship with Ori Industries, a platform innovating at the edge of AI and cloud computing. Storm is a member of the Board of Directors at Proteus Ocean Group, an ocean exploration and laboratory/habitat initiative spearheaded by Fabien Cousteau.

Storm also expresses commitment to his strategic advisory clients and investments through ongoing business engagement. Currently, he chairs the Board of Advisors at Vertiqal Studios, formerly known as Gamelancer, one of the world’s largest digital media platforms focused on Gen Z audiences. He is a strategic advisor to IRCode, an industry-leading, patented, shoppable video and T-commerce solution. He is also an investor/advisor to Reality Defender, a digital security technology firm that protects critical channels and assets from deepfake impersonations in real-time.

Storm Boswick’s professional journey began at Goldman Sachs in 1994, where he served as a financial analyst in the investment research division. He quickly advanced to become the youngest partner at J&W Seligman, managing multi-billion-dollar global portfolios in tech, media, and telecom. From there, he managed funds at Sigma Capital and later founded Brompton Cross Capital, a public/private tech-focused investment firm.

Following this, Storm was a partner at Brock Capital Group, holding senior roles and advising high-level private debt portfolios across Medley Capital, Brightwood Capital, and MC Credit for over a decade. In 2021, he established TRE Advisors, an independent strategic advisory firm dedicated to clients operating in dual-use technology sectors across the Five Eyes and Israel. Storm concurrently manages TRE Ventures, a private capital investment platform serving aligned industries, sovereignties, and verticals.

A committed academic and thought leader, Storm has lectured at institutions including the British Museum, the Adler Planetarium, Tel Aviv University, Technion, the Israel Space Agency, Leiden University, TU Delft, University of Granada, and Rice University. He is also a strategic advisor and academic contributor to the International Space University.

Storm is the author of Guide to the Universities of Europe, which was published in London in 1991. In 1993, the guide earned the Choice Award for Outstanding Library Reference and remains a definitive resource for international higher education opportunities. 

In the media, Storm has appeared as a subject matter expert on CNBC, Bloomberg, and CNNfn and in publications such as the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Barron’s, and Crain’s.

Storm Boswick’s is also deeply engaged in global marine conservation. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Center. He has represented the Proteus Ocean Group at leading conferences across the US, the Caribbean, and Europe. He supports organizations such as the Reef Renewal Foundation Bonaire, Coral Gardeners in Mo’orea, and the Scottish Oceans Institute. An accredited scuba diver (NAUI and PADI), he contributes to hands-on reef restoration, R&D, and ocean health technologies across multiple continents.

He is an alumnus of Ridley College, Choate Rosemary Hall, and the University of St. Andrews, where he earned his MA Honours in Economic History and International Relations. He also conducted graduate-level research for his dissertation at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. While at university, Storm held leadership roles in the International Politics Association and competed as vice-captain of the varsity golf team.

An avid golfer, Storm remains a St. Andrews Golf Club member and has competed and won tournaments across North America and Europe.

Storm was a founding member of the Core Club in Manhattan and a lead investor in the acclaimed LT Burger in Sag Harbor.
